1-1/2 Story House Plans

1-1/2 story house plans are floor plans that have some bedrooms on the first floor and others on the second floor. Most 1-1/2 story house plans have the master bedroom on the main floor with the children’s or guest bedrooms on the second floor. 1-1/2 story house plans are often lumped together with two story house plans in most searches, but in this group they are only 1-1/2 story house plans.
