Bi-Level House Plans

Bi-level house plans are one-story house plans that have been raised, and a lower level of living space has been added to the ground floor. Often referred to as a raised ranch or split entry house plan, they tend to be more economical to build. They also afford the opportunity to finish the lower level at a later date if needed, and sometimes even include a design for a private apartment below.
