Coastal House Plans

Coastal house plans may also be found in then same category as beach house plans, however there are differences. This term is used to describe specific floor plans found throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast Atlantic coasts. They are often shingle style homes, raised on high foundations for flood protection. Most coastal house plans are designed with open floor plans and lots of glass to capture water views.
