This home was originally designed for the 2003 Orlando Street of Dreams and was the first to sell and a huge hit amongst the visitors. The goal of the design was to create a luxury home with an initmate feel. With that in mind, each room was given a special feature that produced a unique character for all spaces. For example, the master bath was designed with a "see through" shower placed behind the garden tub which lines up a perfect view from the arched opening over the tub through to an outside garden wall fountain.

Available Plan Packages
Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home.

   $99.00   Study Plans
Study Plans are an enlargement of the floor plan artwork usually at 1/4" = 1'-0" or less and the 4 elevations at a reduced scale. An enlargement of the Front Rendering is also included. No technical construction data included. If you purchase an HDS study plan and upgrade to an HDS reproducible plan purchase we will credit your account the $99.00 study plan price. You are not authorized to construct this home from a study set.

   $1,090.00   FIVE SETS OF BONDPRINTS
Minimal construction package. If you need to make modifications or additional prints it is strongly suggested that you purchase reproducibles. All Bondprints are stamped with red Copyright notices. A 5 set purchase allows the buyer to build this home one (1) time only provided the buyer has purchased a sufficient quantity of prints to complete the project. Please note that some States (like Florida) and code enforcement jurisdictions my require the plans to be signed and sealed by a local engineer or design professional. It is strongly suggested that reproducibles or cad files be purchased for this purpose.

   $1,420.00   REPRODUCIBLES
Reproducible allow you to make changes to the plans and easily make copies for bidding & construction. Because of the ease of duplication reproducible purchases are final. Once the package seal is broken and or the package is opened the reproducible purchase is final and the plans cannot be returned. A Limited Copyright Release Authorization is included with your reproducible purchase allowing for modifications and reproduction for the construction of 1 (one) residence.

"Your Best Value" PDF files provide you printable electronic version of our construction documents. They work just like reproducibles except they are more convienent and you don't have shipping cost to worry about. We email the files to you. You can print the size prints you need when you need them. The files come with a "Limited Use License" for a single build just like reproducibles. Multi-Build licenses are available for additional fee's.

   $2,840.00   CAD FILES
Cad files are not available for all plans. Please contact customer service to ensure availablility. Cad files are the easiest file form to allow modifications fo plans or for your Architect or Engineer to adjust the plans to your specific location and code requirements. You could recognize significant savings in using cad drafting verses the old hand drafting on reproducibles. If the files are available a contract will have to be initiated prior to release of cad files. All sales are for a one time build, additional builds can be purchased by contacting customer service.
Plan Foundations

Slab foundation is standard on most HDS plans, Basements and crawl spaces are available as an option for $675.00 each depending on the complexity of the plan, call or email to verify price. Complex or large basement or crawl space plans 3000 sq.ft. or more run approx. $0.35 / sq. ft. based on total foundation area.

Plan printed in reverse all text will be backwards, it is suggested that at least one set be printed right reading so as to understand what is written on the plan such as notes and dimensions. Full reverse plans are available by phoning our office at 1-800-771-5444 and are based on the following rates $675.00 for a one story under 3000 sq.ft., $700.00 for a one story over 3000 sq.ft., $685.00 for a two story under 3000 sq.ft., $800.00 for a two story over 3000 sq.ft. Full reverse only available with reproducible or cad file purchase.
