Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home.

   $530.00   Study Set
This Plan is one regular set. It has all the components of a plan. The only difference is it doesn't have is a license to build. It is illegal to build a house with these plans. You may call and upgrade should you decide to build.

   $580.00   Three Sets
Minimum Plan package - If your area does not require multiple sets. Additional sets may be ordered up to 6 months from the original order date.

   $620.00   Five Sets
Most common number of sets. Additional sets maybe purchased within 6 months of the original order. This is the best price - if you know you will need extra sets.

   $820.00   Vellums
A single set of plans printed on Vellum. Great if you want to make changes. These plans are printed on translucent and erasable paper. Included in this package is a license agreement which grants permission to make revisions and copies of the revised design, as necessary for your needs and area. The single use license allows for the construction of only one house.

Perfect for helping you see the house flipped BUT the text is backwards also. We recommend having a couple of sets not reversed to be able to read what is written on the plans, such as notes and dimensions. EXAMPLE - If you order an 8 set package and want 2 sets Mirror Reversed. You will get 6 sets normal and 2 sets Mirror Reversed NOT 10 sets.
