Plan Packages: Each set of
construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic
electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans,
cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They
contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home.
$99.00 Study Plans
Study Plans are an enlargement of the floor plan artwork usually at 1/4" = 1'-0" or less and the 4 elevations at a reduced scale. An enlargement of the Front Rendering is also included. No technical construction data included. If you purchase an HDS study plan and upgrade to an HDS reproducible plan purchase we will credit your account the $99.00 study plan price. You are not authorized to construct this home from a study set.
$695.00 FIVE SETS OF BONDPRINTS
Minimal construction package. If you need to make modifications or additional prints it is strongly suggested that you purchase reproducibles. All Bondprints are stamped with red Copyright notices. A 5 set purchase allows the buyer to build this home one (1) time only provided the buyer has purchased a sufficient quantity of prints to complete the project. Please note that some States (like Florida) and code enforcement jurisdictions my require the plans to be signed and sealed by a local engineer or design professional. It is strongly suggested that reproducibles or cad files be purchased for this purpose.
$870.00 PDF File Package
"Your Best Value" PDF files provide you printable electronic version of our construction documents. They work just like reproducibles except they are more convienent and you don't have shipping cost to worry about. We email the files to you. You can print the size prints you need when you need them. The files come with a "Limited Use License" for a single build just like reproducibles. Multi-Build licenses are available for additional fee's.
$870.00 REPRODUCIBLES
Reproducible allow you to make changes to the plans and easily make copies for bidding & construction. Because of the ease of duplication reproducible purchases are final. Once the package seal is broken and or the package is opened the reproducible purchase is final and the plans cannot be returned. A Limited Copyright Release Authorization is included with your reproducible purchase allowing for modifications and reproduction for the construction of 1 (one) residence. Note: Reproducibles are printed on Bond material.
$1,740.00 CAD FILES
Cad files are not available for all plans. Please contact customer service to ensure availablility. Cad files are the easiest file form to allow modifications fo plans or for your Architect or Engineer to adjust the plans to your specific location and code requirements. You could recognize significant savings in using cad drafting verses the old hand drafting on reproducibles. If the files are available a contract will have to be initiated prior to release of cad files. All sales are for a one time build, additional builds can be purchased by contacting customer service.
