Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, structural information, cross sections, roof plans, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home.

PDF BID SET: This electronic version of the construction blueprints is the ideal choice for pricing the home and obtaining reliable bids. It will be red-stamped "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" but can be upgraded to a full construction PDF or blueprints within 60 days. It can be e-mailed the same day you purchase. An online license will be completed during the checkout process.

The 5 set package gives you enough copies of the plan to construct your home. You, the Lender and the Permit Office will need 1 set each. This gives the builder 2 sets, one for his records and one to be used by his sub-contractors. Without a license to reproduce more copies, you will be limited to the sets you purchase. (We recommend you consider the PDF set as your best buy)

The "PDF File" plan package is your best value, and provides you with an electronic version of the plan's construction documents. This plan package provides many advantages over the Reproducible or 5 Set packages including: - Need more copies of the plan? No problem! Simply take the file to any local print shop and have them print out your copies in your desired size. In addition, you will have the copies available for use....THAT DAY! : - Need different size copies for different people? PDF files allow you to print 8 1/2 x 11, 11 x 17 preferred by your local building officials, lenders and some sub-contractors. a 18 x 24 or 24 x 36 master set for you and your builder Unlimited flexibility! - Need to modify the plan? We've got you covered! Simply take the PDF to a local building design professional and they will be able to update your drawings in the same way as if you provided them with a printed "Reproducible" set. : Need your plans immediately! No need to wait for your plans to ship! We can email you the PDF file, usually the same day!

This allows for more elaborate modifications allowing the architect/designer to work with existing plan rather than having to redraw the plan. Only PDF/Vellums and CAD files provide a license to modify. The cost of the CAD file offsets some of the labor costs that would have to be charged by the firm doing the modifications saving you money in the long run.

$150.00Conversion to 2 x 6 Walls
When plans require 2 x 6 wall, plans are converted with the 2 x 6 stud not changing any overall dimensions or square footage of the plan. Interior room sizes will loose the 2" on any exterior wall. Bathrooms are adjusted accordingly to allow for plumbing fixtures to fit properly.
