PDF BID SET: This electronic version of the construction blueprints is the ideal choice for pricing the home and obtaining reliable bids. It will be red-stamped "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" but can be upgraded to a full construction PDF or blueprints within 60 days. It can be e-mailed the same day you purchase. An online license will be completed during the checkout process.

A single set of plans printed on Vellum. Great if you want to make changes. These plans are printed on translucent and erasable paper. Included in this package is a license agreement which grants permission to make revisions and copies of the revised design, as necessary for your needs and area. The single use license allows for the construction of only one house.

"Your Best Value" PDF files provide you with a printable electronic version of our construction documents. They work just like a reproducible except they are more convenient and you don't have shipping cost to worry about. We email the files to you. You can print the size prints you need when you need them. The files come with a "Limited Use License" for a single build just like a reproducible. PDF's are usually emailed to you the same day you order - Monday-Friday.
