Available Plan Packages
Plan Packages: Each set of construction documents includes detailed, dimensioned floor plans, basic electric layouts, cross sections, roof details, cabinet layouts and elevations, as well as general IRC specifications. They contain virtually all of the information required to construct your home. The typical plan set does not include any plumbing, HVAC drawings, or engineering stamps due to the wide variety of specific needs, local codes, and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local engineers.

Best Value and fast delivery! PDF plan sets are the quickest delivery option. A PDF Construction Set is a single build digital construction plan package, allowing you to make hard copies of any size (full size or reduced size for field copies). PDF files can also be emailed to your sub-contractors for bidding purposes. Completion of an online license indicating location of the new build to be done during checkout.

CAD files are the best option when hiring a design professional or engineer to make substantial changes. Modified sets of the plan can then be printed for the construction of a single home. The CAD file will originate from one of the following architectural programs - SoftPlan, DataCAD or Chief Architect. Files are exported in dwg format. A signed license agreement is required prior to CAD files being delivered by email. ALL CAD SALES ARE FINAL.
Plan Foundations

This foundation requires a level building pad. It consists of 4" thick poured concrete with interior footings placed under load bearing walls. A slab foundation can be built at normal grade or to give the home a raised look use reinforced concrete blocks with compacted fill dirt then the standard 4" poured concrete. The majority of our designs include details for this type of slab construction.

A below grade (full in-ground) unfinished basement foundation constructed with 8" or 12" reinforced concrete block walls with a 4" poured concrete slab as the basement floor. Pipe columns support the beams and are placed under load bearing walls. The basement square footage is typically the same as the main floor. Shipping may be delayed with select plans.

An above grade foundation with block and masonry on the exterior with wood beams and concrete block for interior support completed by wood floor joists. The foundation does not require a level building site.

Full reverse plans are redrawn with all the plans and elevations fully reversed with all lettering and text read correctly instead of mirrored.

Modify plan from 2x4 to 2x6 wall construction. This change will result in a more energy efficient home. NOTE: The 2" will be taken to the inside with this conversion. If an alternate option is preferred, a consultation with the modification group will be required. Please contact us at 1-866-214-2242 Shipping can be delayed approximately 3-4 days with this option. Materials list purchases (if available) with this option will not reflect the 2x6 conversion.
