With our selection and service, you don't need to look any further to find the right blueprint for your new home.  We offer a variety of blue print packages ranging from one-set (study set) to CAD disks. Once you have selected a house plan to view in more detail, click on the 'view prices' button or 'purchase' button to view which blueprint packages are available for that particular house plan. We recommend that you purchase at least five sets of blue prints so that you will have enough sets to get you through the building process. In addition to a set for yourself, you will need to supply a set to your builder, mortgage lender, local building department and any subcontractors who may need one. Reproducibles are a very popular blue print package for individuals who will be making minor modifications to their house plans. A reproducible set gives an architect, builder or other construction professional the ability to make minor changes to the drawings, such as moving windows and doors without having to redraw the house plans. With reproducibles you can make as many copies as you like if you receive a copyright release from the designer/architect. If you are concerned about making changes to your plans, rest assured. The majority of our customers make changes to their plans. Most changes are easily made by red-lining the change directly on the plan with your general contractor. For major changes, you can buy the reproducible or vellums which allows you to erase and redraw on the blueprints. You can have the changes made by us or by someone local. Some of our plans are available on CAD, which contains all the same information as a reproducible set, but in electronic format. We design our pre-designed house plans and home plans to meet or exceed national building standards set forth by the IRC (International Residential Code). Modifications may be necessary to meet local building codes. Please check with a local architect, builder or other construction professional in your area in regards to the local building codes.
